The Administrative and Business centre for Dholera, a remarkable structure serves not only as the administrative hub for implementing the visionary Dholera project but also as a center for innovation and excellence.
The ABCD Building stands as a testament to Dholera’s world-class infrastructure and its commitment to sustainable development and growth.
The City Integrated Operations Centre (CIOC) enables real-time surveillance, traffic and transport optimization, utility management, disaster response, and citizen-centric services. The CIOC exemplifies Dholera’s commitment to becoming a global benchmark for smart urbanization.
Dholera’s internal road network spans 72 km, featuring modern roads ranging from 18 to 70 meters wide. Designed for efficiency and sustainability, the network is supported by an advanced underground utility corridor that integrates essential utilities such as water, gas, ICT etc.

At the core of Dholera’s water infrastructure is a 50 MLD Water Treatment Plant (WTP) . Designed for scalability, the plant has the potential to be augmented to 150 MLD, ensuring a future-ready water supply.
This well-structured system ensures consistent water pressure and reliable supply across all sectors, including industrial, residential, commercial, and institutional zones.
Dholera is equipped with a state-of-the-art wastewater treatment system, ensuring environmental sustainability and regulatory compliance.
A Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) with an initial capacity of 20 MLD, designed with scalability up to 60 MLD is equipped to cater to a wide range of industrial sectors.

Dholera’s Activation Area is equipped with a robust power infrastructure with provision of two DISCOMs. Torrent Power (a private licensee DISCOM) has already developed two advanced substations, including a 400/220 kV gas-insulated, SCADA-enabled substation. With a current distribution capacity of 500 MVA, scalable up to 1500 MVA, the city is built to support growing energy demands. To ensure dual source power redundancy, a 400kV substation is being developed by GETCO.
The 6.5 km long Canal Front at Dholera SIR serves a dual purpose—efficient stormwater management and a vibrant recreational hub. Designed to channel stormwater runoff, the canal enhances urban sustainability.
